A Group of National People's Congress Deputies in Hunan Province Conduct a Centralized Inspection

In accordance with the unified deployment of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, on March 2nd, the Hunan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee organized a group of National People's Congress Deputies residing in Hunan to conduct a centralized inspection in Xiangtan and Zhuzhou, fulfilling their duties and responsibilities in anchoring the vision of "Three Highs and Four New Initiatives" and accelerating the promotion of high-quality development.

The deputies visited Hunan Remote New Energy, Xiangdian Group, Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group, and SANY Silicon Energy for research. During the inspection, the deputies toured workshops, observed developments, and experienced firsthand the achievements of high-quality development.

NPC Deputy and Professor at Hunan University of Science and Technology Wan Buyan said, "I remember visiting the passenger car production base in Xiangtan half a year ago. At that time, many places were still empty. Today, I saw that the factories have been fully built, and trial production has already begun this year. This truly reflects the speed of Xiangtan."

NPC Deputy and Chairman of Hunan Colear Motor Nie Pengju remarked, "The transformation from traditional steelmaking to digitalization, low energy consumption, and green development is very impressive. Therefore, I think in our enterprise this year, we are also preparing to adopt the most advanced ERP management system to support the overall green and low-carbon development."

At CRRC Times Semiconductor and Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Profiles Company, the deputies witnessed Hunan's achievements and breakthroughs in specialized, refined, innovative, and unique fields. At the SANY Silicon Energy 5GW Photovoltaic Manufacturing Base in Zhuzhou, located in the SANY Energy Equipment Industrial Park in Qingshuitang Industrial New City, Shifeng District, the deputies observed the operational process of the intelligent factory. On December 15th last year, the SANY Silicon Energy 5GW Photovoltaic Manufacturing Base in Zhuzhou was officially put into production, marking Hunan's first 5GW solar cell mass production base, with an estimated annual output value of approximately RMB 3 billion after reaching full capacity.

NPC Deputy and Director of the New Product Division of Zhuzhou Tianqiao Crane Tian Jiqun said, "With the entry of enterprises like SANY Silicon Energy into the park, representing the development direction of new industries in the new era, it has injected new momentum into the high-quality development of our entire old industrial area. We also hope that the state will introduce more guiding, practical, and implementable policies."

NPC Deputy and Full-time Chief Engineer of the AECC Hunan Power Machinery Research Institute Shan Xiaoming commented, "Applying current advanced technologies to our traditional manufacturing industry makes us feel more vigorous and competitive, filling us with confidence. This will undoubtedly play a greater and better role in promoting the economic development of Hunan."

The deputies expressed their commitment to devising pragmatic solutions and offering policies for the people, contributing their strength to promoting high-quality development in Hunan.

NPC Deputy and Secretary of the Party Branch in Niujiaoshan Village, Morong Town, Guzhang County, Xiangxi Prefecture Long Xianwen said, "After I go to Beijing this time, I will still focus on how to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation in Xiangxi, embark on the path of common prosperity, and how to polish the red card of Xiangxi. I have put forward some suggestions on this."

NPC Deputy and Head of the Fenfang Cultivation and Breeding Professional Cooperative in Cili County Ning Fenfang brought forward suggestions related to agriculture, primarily focusing on agricultural greenhouse facilities, hoping to include them within the scope of national policies and expand agricultural facility insurance to cover agricultural facilities.

NPC Deputy and Deputy Chief Engineer of the Shuangpai Branch of Hunan Nanling Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. Deng Hua commented, "China's new energy development is progressing rapidly, and all enterprises are intensifying efforts to develop green energy. I have been deeply moved by this, and I also want to offer some suggestions in this regard."
