TOPCon Edge Passivation Equipment Makes a Stunning Debut
During the morning press conference, SANY Silicon Energy officially unveiled its newly developed TOPCon Edge Passivation Equipment. Zheng Xuran, General Manager of SANY Silicon Energy's Battery Division, Chen Jia, Deputy General Manager of the Battery Division, and customer representatives jointly cut the ribbon for the new product.
Xia Yimin, General Manager of SANY Silicon Energy's Equipment Division, elaborated on this equipment, which has undergone two years of rigorous research and validation. Employing advanced Plasma-Enhanced Spatial Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD+) coupled with rapid water cooling technology, it significantly boosts module power by over 5W and drastically reduces coating time to just 10 minutes. Through directional deposition technology, the equipment achieves over-plating control of less than 2mm and a false welding ratio below 0.02%. The new product has passed IEC tests, fully demonstrating SANY Silicon Energy's exceptional prowess in photovoltaic equipment R&D.
High-Efficiency Battery New Product Launch with Remarkable Performance
In the afternoon, SANY Silicon Energy officially unveiled its new high-efficiency battery. Zheng Xuran, General Manager of the Battery Division, and Chen Jia, Deputy General Manager, jointly unveiled the new product.
Yuan Shengzhao, Deputy Dean of SANY Silicon Energy's Research Institute, introduced the new high-efficiency battery at the launch. Based on TOPCon technology, this battery utilizes advanced PECVD processes to achieve double-sided back contact (BC) structures, eliminating the traditional high-temperature boron diffusion step, thereby offering significant advantages in both cost and efficiency. Available in various sizes ranging from 182 to 191, the new product boasts a conversion efficiency of up to 26.7+%, showcasing SANY Silicon Energy's strength in the research and production of high-efficiency solar cells.
SANY Smart Manufacturing Empowers New Photovoltaic Productivity
At this year's SNEC exhibition, SANY Silicon Energy fully showcased its smart manufacturing capabilities, spanning from core equipment to high-efficiency batteries. Leveraging SANY Group's profound expertise in equipment manufacturing, SANY Silicon Energy has established a vertically integrated photovoltaic full industrial chain encompassing "crystal pulling, wafering, cell production, module assembly, and power stations."
