Sany Silicon Signs Power Purchase Agreement for the Jinsha Mining Photovoltaic-Energy Storage Power Station at the Madagascar Graphite Mine Project!

On February 20, Gao Junxin, Chairman of Shanghai Yuanhengji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and his delegation were invited to visit Sany Group. The two parties held in-depth discussions in Building No.1 of Sany Heavy Industry in Changsha and solemnly held a signing ceremony for the power purchase agreement. Dai Qinghua, Chairman of Sany Silicon, Guo Ruiguang, General Manager of Sany Silicon, and Xu Zhongtian, General Manager of the African Subsidiary under Sany Silicon's Microgrid Business Division, among other leaders, attended the event.

Prior to the formal signing, the two sides conducted comprehensive and in-depth discussions on various cooperation details and the contents of the agreement. Mr. Dai Qinghua first extended a warm welcome to Chairman Gao Junxin and his delegation from Yuanhengji and provided a detailed introduction to Sany Group's entrepreneurial journey, globalization strategy, digital and intelligent transformation, as well as its low-carbon development path. Chairman Gao Junxin expressed high appreciation for Sany's brand strength. Subsequently, under the witness of Mr. Dai Qinghua, Guo Ruiguang, General Manager of Sany Silicon, and Gao Junxin, Chairman of Yuanhengji, formally signed the power purchase agreement. The signing of this power purchase agreement marks the launch of Madagascar's first microgrid project, providing stable and reliable energy support for the graphite mining area.

Both parties stated that this cooperation not only reflects the shared vision and firm commitment of Sany Silicon and Yuanhengji to green energy development but also lays a solid foundation for their future in-depth cooperation.
