The square aluminum-shell lithium-ion battery (SY-F230-54174217) from Sany Red Elephant achieves comprehensive industry-leading performance through innovative and differentiated design. It features a high gravimetric capacity positive electrode and a high coating surface density design, ensuring a significant advantage in cell capacity. The use of a welded cover plate, dual tabs for the bare cell, and a high-conductivity secondary injection electrolyte design greatly enhances cell energy efficiency, allowing for more electricity to be released from the same charging energy. Additionally, the low packing density and long-life secondary injection electrolyte design endow the cell with an ultra-long cycle life and greater durability. Currently, this product has achieved large-scale shipments, with strong cumulative sales performance. It ranked among the top in the domestic new energy commercial vehicle installation volume in the first half of this year, securing a leading market position.
