On May 30, the 260MWp photovoltaic power generation project in Pinglu District, Shuozhou City, developed by Sany Silicon Energy, was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. It is expected to generate 390 million kWh of electricity annually, save 128,000 tons of standard coal, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 390,000 tons each year, injecting fresh vitality into Shuozhou's energy structure optimization and green development.

Invested in by Sany Green Energy, this project is located in Xishuijie Township, Pinglu District, covering an area of 7,010 acres. It consists of 393,960 photovoltaic modules arranged neatly into 67 arrays, resembling a vast "blue ocean." The project utilizes self-produced bifacial double-glass monocrystalline silicon N-type modules, which enhance power generation by 10% to 30% compared to conventional modules. During the construction phase, the project faced complex geological conditions, including a mountainous terrain with elevation differences of up to 15 meters and alternating layers of yellow earth and gravel. The project management team of Sany Green Energy scientifically designed the pile foundation depths and introduced over 10 drones for efficient material transportation, ensuring the construction progress. Leaders such as Dai Qinghua, Chairman of Sany Silicon Energy, visited the frontline multiple times to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and boost the morale of the builders. The project achieved full-capacity grid connection in just 10 months.
